How do I pay for classes?

Payment can be made with a credit card or echeck when registering for classes on our new web portal. You are also welcome to pay with Cash or Check in person.

Are there discounts available?

Yes, we offer $5 off for a second child, and $7 off for the third + child(ren). 

When is tuition due?

For new or non-current students: Tuition is due when enrolling/reserving a class time.

For current students: Tuition is due the 20th of the month prior (Example: Charges for January tuition will be due December 20th).  If you use Auto Pay, it will be run on the 21st of the month prior. If you do not want your auto pay ran, please get us payment prior to the 20th.  

What are your session dates?

We are no longer running in sessions. We now follow calendar months.

Can my child join classes after the month has started?

We encourage new students to join the class right away. Tuition will be prorated based on the first class the student attends.

Can parents watch?

YES! Parents are welcome to stay and watch class but are not required to stay. Please hang out in our waiting area and enjoy our complimentary WiFi. We also have the snack shop, where you can purchase snacks and drinks.

Do you charge a Registration fee?

AS OF FALL 2024 WE NO LONGER CHARGE THE REGISTRATION FEE

Why are there only 3 classes offered in a month?

    Our billing structure accounts for the gym being closed for holidays and breaks between sessions. There are a few months that only have 3 weeks of classes, however, there are also several months that have 5 weeks of classes. In the end, everything balances out to an average of 4 weeks per month.

    What is your inclement weather policy?

    We do not follow YPS, York University or any other closings. If we do close, we will post on our Facebook page as well as email impacted students. If we close, we will try and offer a make up day within the month following the closure; however, that is not always possible… so make ups are not guaranteed. Travel is always at your discretion, please use your best judgement.

    Can I drop my child off early?

    No. Students may not be in the lobby unattended more than 10 minutes prior to class time unless pre-approved by our staff.

    What if we are late or have to leave early?

    No problem at all! Just let your teacher know. We feel that something is always better than nothing.

    What if I can’t pick up on time?

    Please notify the office if you will be unable to pick your child up within 10 minutes of the end of class. An occasional circumstance that creates this situation is fine, but be sure to communicate with the staff members.

    What should my child wear for class?

    • Comfortable T Shirt and Shorts or pants is all we require.
    • No jeans, shorts or pants that have buttons or zippers. Bare feet in the gym so no tights please.
    • Pony tails for hair long enough to hang in your child’s eyes.
    • WE DO NOT ALLOW BARE MIDRIFFS.
    • We have a wonderful pro shop with leotards and Uprise Gymnastics Apparel, come check it out.
