Find the right class
Parent Tot
Quality one-on-one time with your toddler while they build coordination, body awareness, strength, and flexibility.
Recreational
Classes divided by age, from Tiny Tot (3-4) through Advanced (8+), so every student learns with kids their own age.
Competitive Team
AmeriKids athletes compete across Nebraska, and Uprise hosts the Sweetheart Invitational every February.
Birthday Parties
One hour of gym time plus party time, with the equipment, air track, and bounce house.
