Parent Tot Gymnastics is a great way to spend quality one-on-one time with your toddler while introducing them to a variety of new concepts such as hand-eye coordination, body awareness, building strength, agility and flexibility.
Recreational Classes
Recreational classes are divided by age so each student is learning appropriate skills with children their own age.
Tiny Tot – 3 & 4 Year Olds
Jr Beginner – 5 & 6 Year Olds
Beginner – 7+ Year Olds
Intermediate – 7+ Year Olds (Invite Only)
Advance – 8+ Year Olds (Invite Only)
Hot Shot – 5+ Year Olds (Invite Only)
Competitive Team
Competitive gymnastics is often called Team. These gymnasts perform their routines at different competitions around the state of Nebraska. Students are divided into gender groups, and are placed at different levels according to skill level, not age.
Birthday Parties
Our Birthday Party package includes:
- 1 hour gym time and 30 minutes party time.
- Also includes use of the gymnastics equipment, air track, bounce house, picnic tables, snack table, and gift tables.
$100 for 8 kids, $10 each additional kid.
Private Lessons
Schedule a time to work with a coach, one on one. You can schedule time to work on a specific element, like a cartwheel, back handspring, etc or a specific event like bars, balance beam, floor, etc. To request a private lesson, email alicia@uprisegymnastics.com
Open Gym &
Preschool Play
Open gyms and Preschool Play
These are offered monthly throughout the school year. Follow the Facebook page for current dates and times.
Open gyms are open to ALL students 0-100. Kids ages 5 and under must be monitored.
Preschool play is for kids ages 0-5.
This is a great opportunities to spend time with a parent or guardian to explore and learn without direction.
